They set a standard for health awareness. People who are unhealthy or neglect their health face illness and other problems. Good health helps to maintain and remove harmful diseases from the body, which is reflected in personality and social status. Many people are hesitant to admit their mental health problems due to stigma. Proper awareness and education are necessary to overcome this stigma and promote acceptance and understanding of mental health.
